I just realized, it's a month now and did not blog anything. Posting below a perfect snack for a weekend.
Mysore Bhajji is my all time favourite snack....My mom always serves hot bhajji's with coconut chutney....simply incredible!
Preparation time:15 min
servings: 4
Ingredients:
Maida(all purpose flour) : 3 cups
curd: 1 cup
Greenchillies : 6
Garlic cloves : 5
Cumin : 1 tbspoon
Grind greenchillies,garlic and Jeera and make it a paste.
Preparation:
1)Mix 1 cup curd to 3 cups maida add little water(intially it remains in lumpsbecause of teh stickiness of maida) and keep it aside for 5 hrs.
2)After 5 hrs, Mix the above soaked misture till no lumps are found...Refrigerate it for abt 3-4 hrs
3)Now add green chillie, garlic paste, salt, a pinch of soda to the above flour
4) Heat oil in a Kadai and fry round balls of the above prepared flour...
Serve hot with coconut chutney...
